If anyone looked at my photos from yesterday and came to the conclusion that this show was dead, today’s pics should make it pretty evident that it is still pretty well attended. Considering it is Friday and some people do have to work, I think the attendance was very good. I suspect tomorrow will be more crowded.

Today was the first day of the Adult Entertainment Expo, fan show. They had a VIP pass that allowed people to get in an hour before the general ticket holders. There had to be at least 600 people standing in line 45 minutes before the noon opening.

The opening night of the 2011 Adult Entertainment Expo/Adult Video News (AEE/AVN) found me at the Artisan Hotel Boutique at a party thrown by Immoral Productions, OC Modeling, AEBN, Porn Star Platinum, Pure Play Media and Streamate. Considering it is the first night of the show, and the Artisan is a few miles from the Sands, there was a nice turnout. I had a long day and have to pace myself, plus there were a lot of civilians so I made it an early night.

We arrived in Las Vegas this afternoon and after setting up shop at the condo, headed over to the Sands Expo Center to pick up our passes. Today was the trade show and we arrived during the last hour, so needless to say, it was pretty empty. That was okay, it has been a while since I went to a show at the Venetian/Sands so it gave me a chance to reacquaint myself with the shortcuts.
