Saturday morning the XBIZ 360 adult industry trade show ended with a Hollywood bus tour. Even though I have lived in Los Angeles most of my life, I had never taken a sightseeing tour of Hollywood before, so I did it last year at the end of XBIZ LA; I have to admit, it was pretty cool. In fact, it was interesting enough that I would not hesitate to recommend it to someone that did not have a car and wanted to get a general view of the Hollywood sights.

I had to get to Las Vegas to get ready for the 2013 Internet Expo and the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo 2013, so I was unable to take the tour this time. My friend Sarah, the affiliate manager at Hustler Cash, is a recent transplant to LA, so she was eager to take the tour and was kind enough to provide a few photos she took. She told me that there were only a few people on the tour, but I have to give them props as they rode atop the double decker bus, and I know it was very cold this morning.

These photos were taken Monday, March 5 while sightseeing around Barcelona, Spain. The European Summit 2012 did not have anything scheduled until later in the afternoon, so Karen of Orbital Pay and I decided to take a double decker bus tour of Barcelona. I have become a recent fan of taking these tours after exploring London, Chicago and even Hollywood via bus. It is a great way to see the different areas of a city you are unfamiliar with. (more…)

These photos are from the Double Decker Bus Tour around Hollywood. Although I am a local and have lived around here for all my life, it never dawned on me to take a tour of Hollywood. However, XBIZ had a bus tour in Chicago and London, and I thoroughly enjoyed both of them, so I decided I would give it a shot. It was a beautiful, picture postcard day in Hollywood, so spending an hour riding around in a convertible bus was not a bad way to spend some time.

The tour was interesting on its own, but I think what is did more than anything else was point out locations to check out on foot later on. I experienced the same with the London tour. Chicago was just too cold to go walking around. All in all, it was a great ending to XBIZLA 2012. (more…)
