Video Secrets Poker Tour at The Villa

Friday, September 13th, 2013

These photos are from the Video Secrets Poker Tour which was held Thursday evening, September 12 at The Villa in Woodland Hills, CA. The private event featured a Las Vegas style Texas Hold’em tournament with the grand prize being a Luminor Panerai watch valued at over $6,000; not bad for a free entry poker tournament. Attendees included some of the adult industry’s top decision makers and executives in the Los Angeles area.

In addition to the poker there was an open bar, some munchies and entertainment provided by Vegas Crooner, Dan Olivo and a hot burlesque show by the world famous Miss Madeline Sinclaire. It really was a fun event with lots of old friends showing up as well as the locals that always make an appearance.

The Villa is located at 22160 Ventura Boulevard in Woodland Hills, CA. (more…)

Porn Star Bowling benefit for FSC and LATATA

Sunday, July 28th, 2013

On Sunday evening, Corbin Bowl in Tarzana hosted the Porn Star Bowling fundraiser benefiting the Free Speech Coalition (FSC) and the Licensed Adult Talent Agents Trade Association (LATATA). The fundraising event included bowling and a silent auction for the fundraising with karaoke and partying for the laughs.

There was a lot of talent there, most of whom were unknown to me before tonight but there were lots of familiar faces as well. Models from ATMLA, Foxxx Modeling, LADirect Modeling, Matrix Models, OC Modeling and Spiegler Girls made it fairly easy to take some entertaining photos. I had a good time and it looked like I was not alone.

These photos were taken July 28, 2013 at Corbin Bowl located at 19616 Ventura Blvd., Tarzana, CA. (more…)

The 2013 Phoenix Forum Closing Party

Monday, April 8th, 2013

A couple of weeks ago a cryptic email was circulating about The Phoenix Forum closing party, with a graphic showing the number 10 and $10,000. There was a lot of speculation, most of it incorrectly suggesting it was the 10th Phoenix Forum (it was the 14th) or that it was the 10th time we met at the Tempe Mission Palms (it was the 9th). Saturday afternoon hints started popping up about a “Casino Carnaval” that would be the closing party for this adult industry event. As it turns out, IMLive was celebrating 10 years in business. I am still not sure what the $10,000 referred to because there had to be a lot more than $10,000 spent by IMLive and CCBill to throw this casino night. It was, beyond a doubt, the best closing party the Phoenix Forum has thrown that I can remember; which was appropriate since this was an amazing few days in Tempe.

I’d like to thank CCBill, the staff of the Tempe Mission Palms, all the show sponsors and the sponsor of my photos, Mobius Payments as well as all the attendees for making this a stellar event. I can’t wait to see what happens next year. (more…)
